At Samsung Mart Pakistan, we are dedicated to delivering 100% original Samsung smartphones and accessories with complete transparency. Our operations center in Dera Ismail Khan ensures every order is handled with professional care.
⚠️ ATTENTION:
- To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving their package. This video serves as the primary evidence for any replacement or refund requests.
In case of any issue, our first attempt will always be replacement of the product. If replacement is not available or we fail to resolve the issue after replacement, then a refund will be issued.
1. Delivery & Shipping Policy
We aim for fast, nationwide fulfillment from our hub in Dera Ismail Khan, KP, Pakistan.
- Processing Times:
- COD Orders: Dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
- Online Payments: Dispatched within 24 hours of payment verification.
- Orders placed on holidays or Sundays are processed the following business day.
- Arrival Times: * Top Cities (Karachi, Lahore, etc.): 2–3 business days.
- Remote Locations: 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Cost: We offer a subsidized flat rate of Rs. 250. While the actual cost to our courier partner is higher, Samsung Mart Pakistan covers the difference to benefit our customers.
- Trusted Partner: All deliveries are handled by LCS Courier. A tracking link will be provided via WhatsApp as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Replacement & Return Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will rectify the issue promptly.
- Claim Period: All requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligible Situations: Physical damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect model/color, or if the product is proven to be a replica (Fake).
- Return Procedure:
- Message our support team on WhatsApp (0305-9303892) with your Order ID and the unboxing video.
- Once approved, return the item to our DI Khan address.
- Shipping Refunds: * Pakistan Post (Dak Khana): We reimburse the Full shipping amount.
- Private Couriers: We offer a flat reimbursement of Rs. 150.
- Model Exchanges: If you request a replacement for a more expensive model, the price difference must be settled within 3 days.
3. Refund Guidelines
We value your trust. Refunds are only issued when a replacement is not possible.
- Refund Conditions: * If Samsung Mart cannot deliver the original order.
- If a fake/defective item is delivered and a replacement is out of stock.
- “Change of Mind”: We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind after the order is shipped, as courier costs are non-refundable.
- Timeframe: Approved refunds take 7–10 working days to process via your original payment method.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4. Customer Protection & Support
- Parcel Inspection: Please check the box before accepting it from the courier. If the seal is broken or the box is crushed, refuse the parcel and call us immediately.
- Originality Guarantee: We only stock genuine Samsung inventory. If any product is found to be non-original, we provide a full refund including shipping.
